Manor House Wedding

Gather your friends and family for your wedding and reception in the heart of Leach's lower garden, with the warmth and history of the Manor House and the lush East Terrace as your backdrop. Begin your ceremony on the terrace, then invite guests into the Manor House or explore the garden during cocktail hour while the space is transformed for your reception. Wander the Aerial Tree Walk and upper garden between moments, soaking in the full magic of this secret oasis. Intimate, elegant, and entirely yours.
This package includes the setup of one space. While you can enjoy the rest of the garden for exploring and photography, setups in the upper garden are not included.

Intimate Garden Wedding

For couples who want a simple, personal, and inimitable wedding, the Intimate Garden Wedding is just right. With up to 40 guests gathered close, you'll celebrate your ceremony and reception on the East Terrace, surrounded by lush greenery and the quiet magic that makes Leach feel unparalleled.
The inside of the Manor House is yours for the day as well, offering a warm and welcoming space for getting ready, or simply having a private moment away from the celebration. The main event room in the Manor House can also be used as a rain plan backup.

- Available Sunday through Friday, May through October (inquire for off-season dates)
- Up to 40 guests
- 5-hour after-hours rental
- Ceremony and reception in the same space, with a “flip” of the space

If you're looking for a beautiful setting to exchange your vows without the full reception, our Ceremony-Only package offers an intimate and unhurried experience in one of Portland's most beloved hidden gardens. This package is a great option to exchange vows and then host a reception off-site or at a later date. Best for groups ranging from 20-80 people.
Ceremony-Only packages include use of the historic Manor House. The house may be used as a backup rain plan, providing indoor seating for up to 40 guests. Our staff will set up all chairs and tables needed for your ceremony.

Just the two of you and your closest people. Our Elopement package is designed for couples who want something sweet, simple, and memorable. With up to 20 guests, this is an intimate celebration at its most personal, set anywhere in the garden.
Your space will be ready and waiting when you arrive, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy the moment. Dessert and a toast are included, because every love story deserves a little sweetness.

- Available weekdays and limited weekend hours
- Three-hour rental period
- Choice of location in the Garden
- Non-alcoholic toast and dessert (no food service)
- Includes chairs and tables from Leach's inventory
- Access to the whole Garden for photography

Looking for a restorative place to host a business retreat? The event room in the Manor House offers your team a beautiful setting with access to outdoor spaces during breaks or lunch. Business retreats are available Monday-Thursday for up to 40 people.

Looking for a gorgeous outdoor (but covered) area to hold a special event? You can rent out our Covered Arbor and enjoy your event under the canopy of the trees. The rental fee includes discounted group admission, and use of tables and chairs from Leach’s inventory.
Saturdays have scheduling restrictions during peak season.
