Propagator/Gardener

Leach Botanical Garden is looking for a Propagator/Gardener to join the Horticulture team. This is a hybrid role that will spend approximately half their time working in the garden’s nursery and greenhouse facility growing native and ornamental plants for garden use, restoration efforts, gift shop sales, and other garden related needs. The rest of their time will be spent maintaining display gardens where they will be expected to perform all aspects of maintenance to achieve a high standard of quality plant care.

The Seasonal Event Attendant plays a key role in supporting Leach Garden Friends private rentals, special events, and visitor services with an emphasis on meeting the mission and values of Leach Garden Friends and creating a welcoming experience to all visitors.

Community Engagement Coordinator

The Community Engagement Coordinator is in partnership between the Confluence Environmental Center, AmeriCorps Program, and Leach Botanical Garden. This position will work with the Back 5 Community Habitat Enhancement Project partners, including staff from Leach Botanical Garden to create and deliver public programming and data collection that supports the goals of habitat restoration, healthy waterways, and community engagement.
