Facilities
The Manor House main room features hardwood floors, knotty pine paneling and open-beamed ceilings. French doors open onto an expansive terrace with a lovely wedding trellis, fountain and seating wall. Events held on the East Terrace can accommodate up to 85 guests. Canopies can be rented for events up to 85 people during the cooler months of the year. The main room can accommodate approximately 50 people for a seated reception and up to 70 people for ceremony only. The adjacent dining room also opens to the terrace and provides easy access to the kitchen and food staging area. Your rental includes exclusive use of the main floor of the Manor House and east terrace, giving you plenty of indoor and outdoor options.

Note: Leach Botanical Garden does not supply linens, china, silver or glassware. The historic nature of the Manor House, and its location in a quiet residential neighborhood, requires that music be limited to soft background music - DJs and amplified music are not allowed.
