Portland Home and Garden Show

Leach Garden Plant Sale

- Where: Floyd Light Middle School
Our annual plant sale includes over 20 tables representing area vendors and the Leach plant collection. No admission charge.
Children's Nature Fair
- When: Saturday, May 17, 2008, 10am-3pm
- Where: Leach Botanical Garden
This event features a variety of educational activities for kids of all ages. Special this year, Dinosaurs Invade Portland! Learn about dinosaurs and where they lived, find fossils and learn about the plants that dinosaurs ate. $2 per child.
Summer English Teas
- When: Wednesday and Thursday, July 16-17, 2008, Noon & 2pm
- Where: Leach Botanical Garden

Portland Fall Home and Garden Show

- Where: Portland Expo Center
Come support the garden and celebrate the fall harvest. The fall plant sale includes a variety of bulbs and specialty plants from area nurseries.
Holday Bazaar
- When: Friday and Saturday, December 5-6, 2008, 10am-4pm
- Where: Leach Botanical Garden
Our festive holiday event features bulk greens, wreaths and swags, centerpieces, hand crafted items, baked goods and more. Come enjoy the winter garden and sip hot cider in the historic manor house. No admission charge.
