The Benefits of Membership

Becoming a member of the Garden is like being a shareholder in a company. Membership is a tangible statement that you are engaged and support the 'products' which the Garden offers to the public.  Leach Botanical Garden is a great place to learn, enjoy, or just relax. Nearly five hundred members support those opportunities through their memberships.

Your membership provides you with advance notice of our events and programs through our newsletter, Leach Garden News. Membership gives you a discount on classes and events as well as privileges from the Leach botanical library. 

Leach Botanical Garden participates in a Reciprocal Admission Program with the American Horticultural Society. Current Leach Botanical Garden members may take advantage of free admission and other discounts at nearly 190 botanical gardens, arboreta and conservatories nationwide. Information about this program and a list of participating organizations can be found at the AHS Reciprocal Admissions Program. To take advantage of this program you must be a member in good standing and present your Leach Botanical Garden membership card when visiting a participating garden.

When you join Leach Botanical Garden as a member, your name will be listed in our Membership Rolls in the quarterly newsletter. Membership in the Garden can also be a thoughtful gift to give someone who would appreciate the unique qualities the Garden provides. And your membership supports our programs and activities.
